Building a strong community investment program through impactful storytelling.

Over the course of my three years as creative director at Strut, we have had the ongoing opportunity to work with TC Energy on growing their community investment program. In 2018, TC Energy came to us with a challenge—to help them elevate the program’s identity, increase awareness and engagement and grow the number of qualified applications they receive each year.

We developed a name and visual identity for the program and an annual campaign strategy that focuses on telling and sharing the stories of recipients and how the funding they received from TC Energy impacts them. Each year, we work closely with the TC Energy community investment team to identify storytelling opportunities, from organizations to individuals, and produce a wide range of assets including photography, video, quarterly reports, social engagement campaigns and event materials.
